The James Carlo Foundation is a charitable trust that provides funding and support for children all over the World.

We are proud to let you know that 100% of all donations are received by your selected campaign by the James Carlo Foundation.

Not only do we make it easy to make charitable contributions to the James Carlo Foundation, we ensure our partners are supported and are in constant communication with us to pass on any queries or questions you might have. The team at the James Carlo Foundation are enrolled to help fundraise for all disadvantaged children and are equally committed to ensuring each one of you has a safe and secure journey with us!

My Impact?

Does 100% of my donation go directly to the charity?

Yes, James Carlo Foundation donates the full amount to the desired James Carlo Foundation Campaign. James Carlo Foundation accepts the transaction fee for payment processing, meaning your full donation makes it to where it is most needed. Also, your donation to a charity through James Carlo Foundation should be tax deductible, but please consult with your tax advisor.

Donation Amount?

How do I know how much I am donating?

That’s easy. You are able to set your maximum donation amount within the campaign. This ensures that you know how the most you will be donating, no surprises!

Choosing Campaigns?

Can I choose more than one campaign to donate to?

Yes. You are able to select as many campaigns to donate to. Upon selection, the application will divide the charitable donations equally across your selected campaigns.

Round Up's?

Where does the round-up money come from?

Donations are made from rounding up on purchases made from your selected credit card. For example, if you spend $6.75 using your credit card then that $0.25 will be added to your account to donate to selected charities. We have a minimum donation of $5 a week.


Can I link more than one credit card?

We try to keep the process as simple as possible, at present, there can only be one card linked to an account. However, you could attach another debit/credit card to another unique email account.


Does the James Carlo Foundation store my credit card details?

No. The James Carlo Foundation does not save your credit card details.

Card Security?

How do I know my card was charged for James Carlo Foundation?

Round up donations are charged weekly. You will see a transaction as one charge by “James Carlo Foundation” on your debit or credit card statement.

Transaction Security?

Is my payment transaction secure and how can I ensure my personal information is safe?
The security of your information is our top priority. We follow industry standard security protocols (SSL) and use banking regulatory approved companies to process your transaction. These companies utilise state of the art encrypted technology to ensure your information is securely stored on their servers, not with James Carlo Foundation. We take your trust seriously and will never disclose your banking information to anyone.


Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt for my contribution?

Yes. You are able to download a monthly receipt through the campaign. We will send you a receipt that reflects your contributions to your chosen campaigns.

Suspicious Activity

My account has been locked due to suspicious activity, how can I get it unlocked?

For your security, we require that you contact the James Carlo Foundation in order to unlock your account. Note that this will require the confirmation of some personal information.

Is the James Carlo Foundation available outside of Australia?

Yes, James Carlo Foundation is available all across the World.
